With its launch in 1949, Asics founder Kihachiro Onitsuka had a vision of a company that was going to contribute to the development of society through sports. The brand's philosophy 'a sound mind, a sound body', translates to various products including sports footwear. The Gel Kayano and Gel-1130 are two of their most well known models.
