Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Always enter your order number as payment reference when paying by wire transfer. You can find your order number by either logging in to your account and view the order tab, or refer to the order confirmation email. Orders won’t be processed until the payment has cleared in to our bank account. Orders not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled.

Note: Orders shipped to an address outside the EU do not pay the 21% VAT charge.

Website security

Afura is registered at Comodo as a trusted retailer. This means that all information is encrypted before being send from your browser to our servers. This is done through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technologie. SSL protects your personal data and payment. You can recognise that SSL is active on the lock in your browsers address bar during logging in and ordering.

Order Status

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. Please note that this is only possible if you’ve placed your order while logged in to your account or created one upon checkout. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.

If you didn’t create an account just send an email to and mention your order number. We will be more than happy to help you with any questions regarding your order status.

Shipping & Handeling

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 GMT+1 are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT+1 are shipped out the next business day. All our orders are shipped by our partner PostNL, the national shipping company. Orders placed before 16:00 GMT+1 are delivered the next business day. For international transit times please refer to the table in the shipping rates section below.

All our shipments insured and require a signature upon receipt.


Shipping Rates

Netherlands & Belgium

Shipping charges within the Netherlands and Belgium are a flat €5,-. Orders above €75 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number shortly after your order has been shipped out.


Please enter your shipping destination to get our latest international rates. We ship worldwide, so also to you. Orders within the EU are shipped out for free starting at €150 and the rest of the world from €250 exc. tax.

Do you live in Amsterdam? Feel free to collect your order from our store at your convenience. Make sure to select the pick-up option during check-out. We aim to have your order ready as quickly as possible, and latest the next business day. Therefore orders placed on Friday will be ready on Monday.

Please note that it is currently not possible to pick up the Afura Store in Amsterdam.

Please note: these size charts should be used as a general guide to compare various size scales. Sizing can differ slightly from brand to brand and per individual item. Send us an email at and we will gladly supply you with accurate measurements.

Returns & Exchanges

Need a different size or did you simply change your mind and would you like to purchase something else? Send us an email at within 14 calendar days with your request.

We advise you to place a new order and simply return the previous purchase to us. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and you will receive the replacement immediately.


If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to return it by your own means within 14 calendar days from the day you received it. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please remember to write your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel or include it inside. There’s no need to inform us beforehand about your return.

Please note, that we do not offer pick-up services, return labels, or cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

Allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.

For a full refund, your purchase needs to be returned (arrived) back to us within the 14-day window. Starting from the day you received your order. Items bought at full price can be returned for store credit within 90 days, while sale items are only eligible for returns within the initial 14-day period, with no option for store credit.

All items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Shoes must come back in their original box, which should be undamaged and without any postal labels.


  1. Items need to be returned to our warehouse within time.
  2. Include your order number on or in the box.
  3. We are not responsible for duties or taxes.
  4. We can not pick up your order at parcel shops.
  5. We do not provide return shipping labels, the costs are to be paid by the customer.
  6. It is not required to email us about your return or create it online.
  7. Items should be in their original condition.

Damaged Products

We take great care ensuring our products meet our standards. In case you do happen to receive a damaged item, or your product shows signs of manufacturing faults. Please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will provide you with a solutions or replacements as quick as humanly possible.

Important Information

  • We take great care photographing our products and ensure that colours match. However, we can not guarantee 100% accuracy due to differences in monitors and your display settings.
  • We recommend trying on shoes inside only, preferably on a carpet.
    Returned products should be in their original condition. Items should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any item not meeting these criteria.


Coupons can be obtained from our newsletter and can usually not be used in combination with other promotions or discount offers. The discount, if applicable, is applied to the subtotal excluding shipping charges. Coupons can be entered at the final step of the checkout.
