- Wire Transfer
Always enter your order number as payment reference when paying by wire transfer. You can find your order number by either logging in to your account and view the order tab, or refer to the order confirmation email. Orders won’t be processed until the payment has cleared in to our bank account. Orders not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled.

Afura is registered at Comodo as a trusted retailer. This means that all information is encrypted before being send from your browser to our servers. This is done through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technologie. SSL protects your personal data and payment. You can recognise that SSL is active on the lock in your browsers address bar during logging in and ordering.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. Please note that this is only possible if you’ve placed your order while logged in to your account or created one upon checkout. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.

Shipping & Handeling
Orders placed Mondays through Friday before 16:00 GMT+1 are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT+1 are shipped out the next business day. All our orders are shipped by our partner PostNL, the national shipping company. Orders placed before 16:00 GMT+1 are delivered the next business day. For international transit times please refer to the table in the shipping rates section below.
All our shipments insured and require a signature upon receipt.
Netherlands & Belgium
Shipping charges within the Netherlands and Belgium are a flat €5,-. Orders above €50 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number shortly after your order has been shipped out.
Please enter your shipping destination to get our latest international rates. We ship worldwide, so also to you. Orders within the EU are shipped out for free at €150 and the rest of the world at €250 exc. tax.Rates Table

Returns & Exchanges
Need a different size or did you simply change your mind and would you like to purchase something else? Send us an email at email@example.com within 90 calendar days with your request. Please include your order number and de desired size or alternative. We will reserve the item for you and exchange it once we receive the returned item.
Alternatively, you can place a new order and simply return the previous purchase to us. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and you will receive the replacement immediately.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 90 calendar days starting the moment that you received your order. Orders returned within 14 days after you've received your order are eligible for a full refund. Orders returned after this period are refunded as a store credit. Items on sale can only be returned within the 14 day period and do not apply for a store credit.
We’ve included a booklet in your order, we kindly ask you to fill out the form and include in the box. We’ve included a return shipping address label on your invoice for your convenience. Please note that this is just an address label and not a pre-paid shipping label. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
Please allow 14 business days from the time that we receive your exchange to be processed.
We take great care ensuring our products meet our standards. Incase you do happen to receive a damaged item, or your product shows signs of manufacturing faults. Please contact us immediately by either phone or email. We will provide you with a solutions or replacements as quick as human possible.
- We take great care photographing our products and ensure that colours match. However, we can not guarantee 100% accuracy due to differences in monitors and your display settings.
- We recommend trying on shoes inside only, preferably on a carpet.
Returned products should be in their original condition. Items should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
- We reserve the right to refuse any item not meeting these criteria.
Coupons can be obtained from our newsletter in and can usually not be used in combination with other promotions or discount offers. The discount, if applicable, is applied to the subtotal excluding shipping charges. Coupons can be entered at the final step of the checkout.
