Availability: 24-32 hours per week
Location: City centre of Amsterdam

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing a positive and knowledgeable shopping experience for our customers.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively and contribute to staff training.
• Provide excellent post-purchase customer service, handling complaints, returns, and other customer inquiries efficiently.
• Keep the store in optimal operational condition by assisting with essential store functions, i.e. inventory control, store security, store maintenance, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all areas are presentable for customers.
• Assist with stock deliveries and returns.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards.
• Handle web orders, including fulfillment and responding to customer requests.
• Support during in-store events and promotional campaigns.

You Are

• Proactive, reliable, and a team player
• Strongly aligned with apparel, lifestyle and the brands we sell
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory
• Experienced in retail with at least 2 years on the shop floor
• Based in the Netherlands and able to work here

Requirements

• 2+ years retail experience
• Available for flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends
