Named after Makaha, the legendary Hawaiian surf break and one of the places where big-wave surfing was pioneered, it carries Sunray's easy-going surf heritage into a refined everyday staple — the long-sleeve companion to the Makaha short sleeve.

Knitted slowly on antique Japanese loopwheel machines, the Makaha is made from substantial 300gsm 14-yarn cotton jersey. The low-tension loopwheel construction creates a soft but structured fabric with no side seams, helping the T-shirt keep its shape and resist twisting over time.

Cut with a boxy fit and finished with Sunray's signature mounted-on reinforced neckline and ribbed cuffs at the wrist, the Makaha Long Sleeve sits somewhere between a classic T-shirt and a lightweight sweatshirt.
