The Welter Shelter Shuva C in Washed Black is a lightweight double-breasted overcoat in a soft-touch technical twill polyester shell, with taped seams and a PFC-free DWR coating for weather protection. The 10,000mm water column and 10,000mm breathability ratings give it full all-weather capability. Horn buttons close the placket, adding a finishing detail that lifts the technical base into a more refined register. built for layering over a hoodie or tailored beneath.
